Sealing Projects We Handle

We seal pavers across every type of surface. Common projects include:

New installation sealing

Sealing new pavers within the recommended window protects the "cream" on the surface before it fades from sun exposure.

Re-sealing older or worn pavers

Bringing faded, dull, or worn pavers back to life and re-protecting them for years to come.

Driveway sealing

Extra attention to oil and tire wear resistance for high-traffic surfaces.

Patio & pool deck sealing

Matte, non-slip finishes appropriate for surfaces where bare feet and water are common.

Walkway sealing

Restoring color and protection on entry paths and connecting walkways.

A Note on Sealer Quality

Not all sealers are created equal, and the wrong choice can do more harm than good.

How We Work

Our Repair Process, Start to Finish

From initial assessment to final coat, every step is focused on doing sealing the right way — not the fast way.

01
On-Site Assessment
We evaluate the age, condition, and material of your pavers to determine the right cleaning and sealing approach.
02
Clean & Prepare
We wash and treat the surface as needed to remove algae, mold, dirt, and weeds, ensuring proper adhesion.
03
Seal Application
Two coats of quality water-based polyurethane sealer are applied, penetrating into the pavers and locking joint sand in place.
04
Final Walkthrough
We review the finished surface with you and explain a resealing timeline based on the age and condition of your pavers.

Faq's

Pavers are a porous, concrete-based product. Sealing protects them from sun damage, oil, dirt, and mold while bringing out color and depth that’s otherwise muted.

Newer pavers in good condition typically need resealing every 3–5 years. Older or more worn pavers may need resealing every 2–3 years before returning to the standard schedule.

We don’t recommend it. Many big-box sealers are low-quality oil-based products that sit on top of the paver and create an unnatural, glazed appearance rather than penetrating and protecting the surface.

We recommend sealing within 1–3 months of installation to protect the surface “cream” before it fades from sun exposure.

Not with the right finish. We typically recommend a matte sealer for pool decks and patios, which maintains traction rather than creating a slick, high-gloss surface.

Yes. Sealer soaks in around the joints and helps bond and lock sand in place, which keeps pavers stable and helps prevent weed growth.

In most cases, yes. A proper clean and reseal restores much of the original color and depth, especially when addressed before pavers become excessively worn.
